For the price it’s a good chair

This is a considerably smaller version of the chair shown. It's a tight fit that's not at all pleasant to sit in. If I could, I'd return it. Because I am a large person, the chair's weight capacity is 450 pounds, and I am under that weight. You'd think they'd make it bigger.

Narrow seat.

Although it claims to hold up to 450 pounds, the seat is narrow. When assembly, it's difficult to get electrical wires out of the way. It's quite comfy, although it's not quite wide enough.

Warranty

I attempted to obtain a chair warranty. When I emailed Amazon, they urged me to contact the manufacturer. I sent them an email and received a response in Chinese characters. Great! I guess there's no guarantee.

I utilized the product for my crippled hubby. It fulfills all of his requirements.
