Take a vacation from your busy day in the Rhodes by UltraComfort. This medium-sized power lift recliner offers an overstuffed seam back design, plush chaise pad and four separate, hinged arm panels that open to reveal numerous standard features.

When it comes to reclining, your positioning options are endless with our 4-Zone Comfort Zone Positioning System which includes our patented Stellar Positioning, adjustable headrest and lumbar all operated by our programmable AutoDrive™ hand control.

For extra wellness and comfort, our HeatWave Technology comes standard providing therapeutic warmth starting at your shoulders and continuing down to your feet.

When you open the right arm, you will find a cup holder and a storage compartment that also holds the AutoDrive hand control.

In the left arm, you will find an additional cup holder, a USB charging port, a second storage compartment that holds the HeatWave Technology hand control. As an added bonus, you can use either of the cup holders without losing the comfort of the arm rests thanks to the split arm rests design.

Zone 1 Lower Body

Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We stand by every product we sell, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. That's why we offer a 30-day Return Policy for most of our items.

If you wish to return a product within 30 days of receiving it, simply cover the return shipping costs and we’ll assist you in processing a full refund.

*Please note: To be eligible for a refund, returned items must arrive at our distribution center in "Like New" condition, including all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means the items must be unused and free of any visible signs of wear.

This 30-day return policy applies to all products unless otherwise specified below.

The following brands have a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs: Luraco, Infinity, Kyota, Flexispot, Kahuna, Rockertech, Perfect Sleep Chair, UltraComfort.

Note: Relaxing Recliners does not set this restocking fee or return policies. We have the same policies and fees that our suppliers provide us. 

Relaxing Recliners reserves the right to inspect all returned products and may reduce the refund amount if the product is damaged, not in "like new" condition, or incomplete. If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will be applied.

If your order has already been processed and we are unable to cancel it with the vendor, a 5% cancellation fee may apply.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will assist with processing an exchange if allowed under our return policy.

Once we receive your item(s) and confirm they are in their original, undamaged condition, we will send you an email confirming your refund.

Damages

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately upon delivery and send photos to support@relaxingrecliners.com on the same day. Relaxing Recliners will cover the cost of any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise you receive. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before order processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after processing will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

All orders over $3,000 or multiple order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee regardless of order status.

Due to the manufacturing process, all custom-made items cannot be canceled or returned.
